I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The self check-in process was super fast and efficient, and the room I stayed in was surprisingly spacious for a Japanese hotel. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect, being just a 5-minute walk from Shinjuku train station, making it incredibly easy to explore this city. Additionally, there were plenty of outstanding budget restaurants nearby, and the bus service to and from the airport stopped right at the front door of the hotel.
Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, being close to Shinjuku station and away from the red light district. We found it easy to navigate from this central spot, with subway access right beside the hotel and the JR station just a short walk away. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, providing a hassle-free experience for self check-in/out. We also appreciated the helpful staff who made us feel welcome and offered useful amenities such as currency exchange.
All was good.

I really enjoyed the convenient location of this hotel. It was just a short walk to Shinjuku Station, making it easy to get around the city. The hotel was also close to some great shopping malls, including Takashimaya Times Square, where I found Tokyu Hands and Flying Tiger. Additionally, I liked that the hotel was right next to the airport bus stop, making it a breeze to catch my flight.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness and comfortable beds. The location was perfect for transportation, especially coming from Narita Airport on the N'Ex. It was also ideal for shopaholics being in the center of the Shinjuku area. The staff was helpful despite limited English.
Nothing at all.
