We loved the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms, along with the cheerful colors and comfortable beds. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, and their ability to speak good English was a great help. The location was perfect, with everything we needed close by, including downtown, the metro, and both Haneda and Narita airports. The free cell phone provided in each room was a convenient and unexpected bonus.
