The location of the hotel is fantastic, being very close to everything in a great area of the city. It's situated near metro stations and restaurants, although not exactly in the center. Additionally, being in a "love district" area adds a unique charm to the surroundings. The staff at the hotel were warm, welcoming, and very helpful. They made our stay enjoyable and easy. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant environment.

We had an amazing stay in this city! The hotel is centrally placed, tucked away from the noise but close to Higashi-Shinjuku station. The location is perfect for both exploring the great shopping area and enjoying the vibrant nightlife. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were excellent. We particularly loved the rich breakfast served on the 12th floor, which provided us with a great start to our day.

The hotel is situated in a really good area, right near the entertainment area of Shinjuku. It was just a short walk to what we thought was the central Shinjuku area, where all the shops and action were. The location was perfect for exploring the city. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a well-located area. It was just around a 10-minute walk from a major train station and close to the vibrant nightlife of this city. The hotel had great facilities, including a late-night bar and a rooftop bar, which was perfect for enjoying a few drinks with a view. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, and their English was some of the best I encountered during my trip. The hotel was also very clean, and I appreciated the big windows in the room that let in plenty of natural light. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offered a great start to the day, saving me time and making it easy to fuel up before exploring.
