As I wearily dragged myself into the Tokyu Stay Nishi-Shinjuku after a day of hiking, the last thing I wanted to do was worry about laundry. However, upon checking in, I was delighted to discover that the hotel offered dry cleaning services. It was as if they had sprayed a refreshing mist on my exhausted body, instantly rejuvenating me. With a simple request, the hotel staff whisked away my dirty clothes and returned them to me in impeccable condition the next day. It was like seeing my clothes reborn, clean and crisp, ready for another adventure.

Thanks to the hotel's dry cleaning service, I was able to pack light for my trip and dedicate my time to exploring Tokyo’s bustling streets without having to worry about my clothes. Much like a caterpillar sheds its cocoon and becomes a beautiful butterfly, my dirty clothes were transformed into fresh linens, allowing me to spread my wings and fly freely through the city. The Tokyu Stay Nishi-Shinjuku’s dry cleaning service was truly a lifesaver that allowed me to make the most of my active vacation.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was amazing, as it was close to Nishishinjuku Gochome station and within walking distance to the bustling Shinjuku area. The hotel was situated in a quiet and convenient location near Tokyo Metro, a nice supermarket, restaurants, a post office, and convenience stores. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities provided were excellent. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and a great value for money.

The location on the quieter side of Shinjuku was perfect for me, away from the bustling area but still close enough to walk to the central part of the city. I also loved the fact that there was a beautiful garden/parkland right across the road from the hotel, where I spent some quality time just enjoying the surroundings. The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the room was clean and cozy, with all the facilities I needed including a washing machine and dryer.

The hotel's location was fantastic, just a short walk from the subway station. This made it convenient for us to explore the city and visit popular areas such as Shinjuku and Harajuku. The hotel was also close to several convenience stores, restaurants, and even a 24-hour supermarket. We loved the spacious room with its standard facilities, and the added bonus of having a washing machine in the room. The breakfast provided was delicious and varied each day. The staff were also helpful and friendly, ensuring our stay was pleasant.
